Special Congregational Meeting to be Held on Sunday August 26
Lois Mulbrook, President of the church council, has called for a Special Congregational meeting on Sunday, August 26, at which time the congregation will be asked to approve expending funds for two improvement projects. The first project is partial completion of the church office expansion which was not finished during the building addition in 2011. The second project is improving and replacing the almost 20-year old sound, video and lighting systems in Life Worship Center.
The special meeting will be held in the Life Worship Center at 10:45 am prior to the start of the 11:00 am worship service. The plan is to keep the meeting time to about 20 minutes. In order to answer any questions you might have about the two projects, we will be having information meetings this Sunday and next Sunday at 12:15 in the Discovery Room. Please bring your questions to the information meeting so that on August 26, we can focus on just the vote approving the projects.
