Congratulations!

With the exception of your relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ, this is the beginning of the most important relationship you will ever have – your marriage!

At FaithLife, your wedding ceremony will be a sacred service of great and lasting spiritual significance and a time of joy for you, your wedding party, and guests. May this ceremony and your relationship be a way to connect your faith and life.

Are you interested in being married at FaithLife or by a FaithLife pastor off-site? Please contact the church office.

A FaithLife pastor will be assigned to officiate at your wedding. Officiants are assigned based on availability. If you have a preference, please let us know.

Guest pastors are permitted. It is acceptable for a family member or friend who is a Christian pastor and is licensed to perform weddings in Iowa to preside at your wedding. Please let your Wedding Coordinator know to make the required arrangements.
You will be assigned a Wedding Coordinator for the rehearsal and day of your wedding. They will work with you in regards to wedding supplies and procedures, unlocking and locking the building, and will assist with any questions during the rehearsal and wedding day.
The base fee ranges from $950 -$1500 includes the FaithLife pastor, organist, a wedding coordinator, one tech person, and custodian.

Once a $100.00 deposit has been made, the balance is payable no later than one month prior to the wedding.
It is our policy to require at least six hours of counseling prior to the wedding. The counseling usually includes a pre-marital inventory and four to six follow up visits with the pastor.
Other pre-marital programs or retreats may serve as an alternative to counseling with a FaithLife pastor, but must be approved prior.
The sessions are designed to include discussion of the dynamics of your relationship and setting priorities for your life together in Christ Jesus as a couple. We will also talk through any concerns you may have as a couple.
Wedding information forms, service and vow selections, music choices, and other details will be provided by the Pastor and FaithLife Wedding Coordinator after your wedding date is confirmed. Please contact the church office to begin arrangements.
