Worship

We may be biased, but we think Sundays might be the best day of the week. Whether on-site or online, our prayer is that everyone experiences God through our worship services.

Worship provides an opportunity to respond and connect together to what God has done through song, giving, and teaching. Our team seeks each week to create compelling worship environments, both locally and for guests online.

Traditional
8:30 am in Faith Worship Center
The majesty of liturgy, pipe organ, and choral music.
We value our Lutheran roots and seek to meaningfully incorporate hymns, sacraments, prayers, and creeds into services.

Modern
10:00 am in Life Worship Center
Joyful upbeat worship in a casual setting.
Our worship is band-led and seek to provide excellent music with a relevant sound.

Music

We are so fortunate to have a growing team of volunteers that help lead the musical portion of worship at FaithLife. We incorporate hymns and modern worship songs that reflect the character and goodness of God.  We always strive to make sure what we sing together is theologically rich, doctrinally sound, and Biblically accurate.

We are always looking for talented singers and musicians to add to our team!  If you are musically inclined, we would love to hear about how God has gifted you.

Please contact worship@faith-life.org, so that we can help you figure out if our worship ministry is an area that we can use your gifts!

Tech & Production

Every Sunday, there are numerous volunteers that assist in making our services engaging both on our campus and online.
In order to make our worship experience happen, there is a vast technical team consisting of camera operators, online producers, sound engineers and lighting specialists.

Our production team is always looking to add talent to our team of volunteers!  If you are technically inclined, we would love to hear from you.

Please contact productions@faith-life.org, so we can help you figure out where you may fit!

Hospitality & Cafe

It takes dozens of friendly volunteers to assist with Sunday services each week! Help serve during worship by being an usher, greeter, at our Cafe, or in the parking lot!

If you are people-oriented and want every person to feel welcome at FaithLife, consider joining our hospitality team! You can make a difference in someone's experience at FaithLife.

Please contact hospitality@faith-life.org, so we can help you figure out where you may fit!

Plan Your Visit

  • Our worship services are authentic and fun, but also intentional. You can expect a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, great music, and a relevant message rooted in Biblical principles. Our services are 45-60 minutes long, but stay after for coffee and donuts in The Connections Cafe!

There is no dress code, wear whatever you’re most comfortable in.

You can expect to run into our friendly volunteers at our entrances who will be happy to answer any of your questions or direct you to our Worship Centers, the Welcome Center, or our nursery.

  • ON-SITE: We meet every Sunday morning on-site at 8:30 and 10:00 am at our Marion address (8300 C Avenue).

ONLINE: Our 8:30 am traditional service and 10:00 am modern worship service are livestreamed here and on our Facebook page.

ON DEMAND: We post service highlights on Sunday afternoons on our YouTube channel

  • We’ve got space in our parking lot for you! Our parking lot and all entrances are handicap accessible.

There are multiple entrances into our building on Sundays. We’ve noticed most worshippers who attend our traditional service park on the south side of the parking lot and enter under our Faith Awning.

If you’re visiting during the week, please enter the building on the north side and check-in at our front office.

  • We celebrate Holy Communion on the first and third Sunday of each month at all services. All are welcome to receive communion.

At each service, we come forward and commune together with bread and wine. Individual elements are available if you do not feel comfortable coming forward or want to limit touch interactions.

If you are worshipping online, we have communion elements available to take home and commune together during services. Contact the church office to arrange for pick-up, local delivery, or mailing elements.

  • We’ve got something for the whole family! Children are always welcome to worship with us in any of our Sunday services.

Children ages birth-3 are welcome in our Nursery.

We have Sunday School for ages 3- Kindergarten at 10:00 am during the school year. Programs for grades 1st-12th are Wednesday evenings.
