School-Year Long Sermon Series
Ordinary people do extraordinary things when empowered by the Holy Spirit.
Our school-year sermon series "Empowered" is the follow-up to our Knowing Jesus series last year. The pastors will take us through the book of Acts. As we study the early church, we'll find the connections to our faith and life as we focus on missions & outreach, bold faith, and overcoming adversity.
In addition to our weekly sermon, we're bringing the podcast back as well as a Bible Study!
Monday Morning Podcast & Bible Study: The Empowered podcast by FaithLife will be filmed and recorded each Monday morning at 10:00 am with additional insights and teachings from the pastors. NEW THIS YEAR - we'll film this LIVE! You'll hear from the pastors and then we'll open up the floor to your questions and comments. This special Bible Study podcast will be a unique approach to study the book of Acts and help us see how to apply it to our lives. PLUS: we'll livestream our recording each week so you can tune in from work, home, or on the road. We will keep the recording to 60 minutes each week, but understand we might keep the conversations and teachings going past 11:00 am!
Wednesday Evening Bible Study: If you can't make Monday mornings, join us on Wednesday evenings at FaithLife for a traditional Bible Study format taught by our pastors. We'll discuss the same questions as Monday's study but no additionally technology required! This Bible study is intended to be for anyone, no matter your past experience or current season of life! Childcare is available - please indicate on registration. No livestream available for Wednesday evening.
